submit your essay (must be between 250-500 words) describing why your family wants to discover the power of earth’s elements at the Elements Treehouse (collectively, the “Story”). The person uploading the Story will be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”).

There is a limit of one (1) Story per person for the entire Contest Period.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec), who, as of date of entry, are 18 years of age or older.

Finalist and Grand Prize Judging and Finalist Notification: All Stories will be judged by Sponsor-select judges (“Judges”) on or about April 7, 2017 based on the following criteria: Relevance to Theme (40%), Brand Appropriateness (30%), and Creativity (30%) (the “Judging Criteria”), to determine up to ten (10) Finalists. Any tied Stories will be rejudged by the judges based 100% on Relevance to Theme to determine the applicable Finalist(s). Finalists may be notified via email to verify their eligibility and phone number so they may participate in a phone interview with Sponsor within 48 hours of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate Finalist will be determined, time permitting. Sponsor will determine time and duration of interview. Finalists will then be rejudged based 25% on the phone interview and 75% on the Judging Criteria to determine five (5) Grand Prize Winners. Any tied Finalists will be rejudged by the judges based 100% on Relevance to Theme to determine the Grand Prize winner.

Grand Prize: Grand Prize (5 total): A 3-day/2-night trip for four (4) to a Chattanooga, TN USA to stay in the Elements Treehouse on Sponsor-selected dates. Trip includes round trip coach class air transportation from the major airport nearest the winner’s home to destination city, round trip ground transportation to/from airport/hotel, two (2) nights’ accommodations at the Elements Treehouse (based on quad occupancy), and Sponsor-selected activities (ARV: $1,200 USD).
