complete all required registration information, become a ‘fan’ of Sydney,
Australia facebook fan page and enter a text description (no more than 30
words) describing: “Your favourite Sydney Life Experience” (the “Entry”)
on the Sydney, Australia Facebook wall. The person uploading the Entry will
be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”). By entering, you understand that your
entry will (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) be posted online for the general public
to view. All Entries must be completed and submitted by 11:59:59 a.m. ET on
31 October, 2009 to be eligible for judging.

Grand Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Two (2) Grand Prize
winners will each win a vacation in Sydney, Australia. Length of stay will be
determined by the regulations of the required Visa. Each winner will receive
round trip economy airfare from Los Angeles to Sydney, Australia, seven
nights accommodation at Sydney Harbour YHA and five Sydney Experiences.
Total ARV of each Grand Prize is USD$6562. Total ARV of all Prizes is
USD$13124.
