PRIZE.  There will be one (1) $2,500.00 cash prize awarded to the First prize winner (the “First Prize”).  In the event the First Prize winner is a participant who was invited to participate in the Sweepstakes through the entry process “Invite A Friend” option, subject to verification of eligibility, the participant who invited the First Prize winner to participate in the Sweepstakes will be awarded one (1) $2,500.00 cash prize (the “Second Prize”).  The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.00 each.  Total ARV (First Prize and Second Prize): $5,000.00.
