hare documentation showing proof that your wedding was cancelled due to COVID-19 between April 2020 and December 2020. This can include a cancelled contract from a wedding venue, a receipt from change the date cards, a wedding website explaining the wedding has been cancelled (please make sure this link is public), a city hall marriage license, or other evidence showing clearly that your original plans were upended due to the pandemic.

PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded, consisting of a trip for two (2) (winner and one (1) guest) to Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Prize package includes:

Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and guest from a major airport, as determined by Sponsor, near the winner’s home to Ocho Rios, Jamaica
One (1) double occupancy standard room at the Moon Palace Resort for five (5) days/four (4) nights
Roundtrip ground transportation to and from airport and hotel
Romantic excursion for two (2)
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize is $2,333.34
