Prizes:
There will be one (1) grand prize winner and ten (10) runners-up.

The grand prize is a meet and greet session with Miranda Cosgrove subject to her availability. The prize includes two (2) coach airfare vouchers from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to location of meet & greet in the US and one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor. The approximate retail value of the grand prize is $1,300, depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and the distance between the point of departure and the destination. Ground transportation, meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Winner must be available to travel to coincide with Miranda Cosgrove’s availability sometime between August 15th, 2012 and January 31st, 2013, otherwise winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be chosen. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. If the winner is a minor, the travel companion must be winner’s parent of legal guardian. Otherwise, unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure.

The runner up prize is one (1) copy of iCarly Season 4 Complete DVD Set signed by Miranda Cosgrove. The approximate retail value of each runner-up prize is $19.99.
