TD Bank Should Have Been a Video Sweepstakes

A. Online Method of Entry: https://tdshouldabeenavideo.com/ Once Entrant completes the registration and agrees to the Official Rules he/she must upload a photograph showing an image of “what should have been a video” to showcase those moments that should have been a video to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

B. Twitter Method of Entry: Entrant must upload a Photo to his/her Twitter account showing an image of “what should have been a video” to showcase those moments that should have been a video along with the hashtags #shouldabeenavideo and #entry. Entrant may post a description of the Photo which may not exceed 140 characters.

C. Instagram Method of Entry: Entrant must post a Photo on his/her Instagram account showing an image of “what should have been a video” to showcase those moments that should have been a video along with the hashtags #shouldabeenavideo and #entry. Entrant may post a description of the Photo which may not exceed 1,000 characters.

Entry Limit: Each Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes no more than a total of three (3) times per day during the Sweepstakes Period (no more than one (1) time per day via the Website, no more than one (1) time per day on Twitter and no more than one (1) time per day on Instagram, each upload being a different Photo). An Entrant attempting to use multiple email addresses, Twitter or Instagram accounts may be disqualified, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Each Photo: Must be the original work of the Entrant and must not contain images or artwork, music, quotes, parodies or other materials not created by entrant. Must not have been submitted previously in a promotion or contest of any kind and has not been exhibited or distributed currently or previously in any media.

On or about March 1, 2016, Administrator will randomly select twenty-six (26) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize is five thousand US dollars (USD $5,000) and a Polaroid Cube+ video camera. There will be one (1) Grand Prize. ARV of the Grand Prize is $5,150.

Second Prize (5): Second Prize is five hundred US dollars (USD $500) and a Polaroid Cube+ video camera. There will be five (5) Second Prizes. ARV of each Second Prize is $650.

Third Prizes (20): Third Prize is a Polaroid Cube+ video camera. There will be twenty (20) First Prizes. ARV of each First Prize is $150.

Total ARV of all available Prizes in the Sweepstakes is $11,400.
