The winner’s monthly residential mortgage from Boardwalk Lending for a period of up to twelve (12) consecutive calendar months (“Payment Period”) beginning during with the May, 2016 payment cycle. The monthly prize amount will be based on winner’s monthly, verified residential mortgage payment obligation in effect as of April 13, 2016, capped at One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per calendar month.
