Prize: Five (5) winners will each win a prize to attend a Red Rocks concert during the 2022 season at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in
Morrison, Colorado. Each prize consists of (i) roundtrip air travel on Southwest Airlines® for winner and one (1) guest (subject
to Air Travel Restrictions set forth below); (ii) two (2) tickets to a concert of the winner’s choice from a select group of mutually
agreed upon ticketed events at Red Rocks shows between September 1, 2022 and November 13, 2022 (“Event”); and (iii) a one
(1) night stay at Origin Hotel Red Rocks (single room, double occupancy). Winners will need to provide their top three (3)
choices of shows during the provided time frame and tickets to one (1) show will be awarded. Approximate retail value (“ARV”)
