Prize: (1 winner) trip for the winner and three guests (guest restrictions set forth below) to Dinosaur Journey Museum in Fruita, CO which shall include: roundtrip coach airfare for four people between the major metropolitan airport nearest to prize winner’s residence as of the entry date (in the event of any dispute, airport shall be as determined by Fox) and an airport in or around Fruita, CO (Destination Airport, carrier, seating, and travel dates and times as determined by Fox); 2-nights hotel stay for four people in the metropolitan area nearest to the Dinosaur Journey Museum (two rooms with double occupancy (room and room tax only); dates, hotel and room as determined by Fox); ground transportation (methods as determined by Fox) to and from the Destination Airport and the hotel, and to and from the hotel to the Dinosaur Journey Museum location; four admission tickets for one-day dinosaur dig; $1,000 gift card; and four single-day admission tickets to a Six Flags theme park located in the United States of winner’s choice for winner only (tickets valid for the Six Flags 2012 operating season; subject to all park rules and regulations). If prize winner is under eighteen (18) years of age or has not reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside, the minor prize winner must be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian of the minor prize winner, who must also be one of the guests of minor prize winner for purposes of the prize. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and on dates and at times specified by Fox. Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining proper documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Travel must be booked through Fox. All reservations subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right, but is not obligated to, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in its discretion and Fox and/or Sponsor, as the case may be, may fulfill a substitute prize in place of the prize of equal or greater value. By entering this Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, winner and guests agree that Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and remove the winner and/or guests from any activity at any time if the winner’s and/or guests’ actions at any point may or do cause damage to person, property or the reputation of any of the Sweepstakes Entities.

 The prize winner is solely responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes and expenses associated with prize award, receipt and use not expressly specified herein as part of the prize, including, without limitation, additional transportation costs, airline change fees, additional lodging, meals, gratuities, insurance, surcharges, other costs and expenses incurred by the prize winner and prize winner’s guests in accepting the prize, service and other fees associated with the tablet, and all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. The prize winner will be issued a United States Internal Revenue Service 1099 tax form for the aggregate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize. ARV of the prize in the Sweepstakes is estimated to be four thousand four hundred forty dollars ($4,640). Actual ARV depends on location of prize winner and the Major Airport, and fares and rates at the time of booking; if actual ARV is less than the stated ARV in these Official Rules, the difference will not be awarded in cash.
