One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected on or about July 8, 2013 from all eligible entries
received. If it is determined that the candidate is not eligible to receive the prize, in the
Administrator/Sponsor’s sole judgment and discretion, another candidate will be randomly selected for
eligibility consultation and this process will continue on until such time as an eligible candidate is found, time
permitting. In the unlikely event that no candidates are found to meet the specifications, then the prize will go
un-awarded. To be considered eligible any potential winner must respond to a prize notification email and/or
call to confirm their eligibility within five (5) days of prize notification transmission and meet all other
eligibility requirements. Should an e-mail, after three (3) attempts, be returned as undeliverable, the potential
winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.2
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize consists of one trip for two (winner plus guest) to Los
Angeles in order to visit the Showtime Studios for a taping of JIM ROME ON SHOWTIME, including: meetand-greet with Jim Rome, roundtrip coach class airfare for two (2) between a major airport near winner’s
residence, as solely determined by the Administrator/Sponsor, and Los Angeles, CA, three (3) nights hotel
accommodations (one room, double occupancy at a hotel of CBS Sports Radio’s choice), $400 spending
money, and a $250 AutoZone gift card. Grand Prize winner who lives within a 150 mile radius of the Los
Angeles, CA metropolitan area (as determined by Administrator/Sponsor) will receive local transportation for
the winner and winner’s travel companion between winner’s home and the hotel in lieu of any air
transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Total
Approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize: $2,900
