DAILY MATCH-GAME CONTEST PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”): Each day throughout the Promotion Period, five (5) Match-Game Contest Prizes (the “Daily Prizes”) will be awarded. The Daily Prizes will be awarded to the five (5) pet parents, once confirmed, who finished the day with a top five (5) score in the Match-Game, as determined by Sponsor’s and/or Webmaster’s computer(s). There is a limit of one (1) Daily Prize per person, throughout the Promotion Period. A leaderboard will be provided to show the top twenty-four (24) pet parents in terms of Match-Game score per day, however, such appearance on the leaderboard is not the final say, as it is still subject to Sponsor verification, tie-breakers, and enforcement of the limit of one (1) Daily Prize per person, throughout the Promotion Period. The Match-Game has three (3) levels. You can complete up to three (3) consecutive levels of the Match-Game. Your scores from the three (3) consecutive levels (or two (2) if you decided to only play two (2)) will be added together to determine your final score. You don’t need to complete all three (3) levels to be deemed to have entered the Contest, (only two (2) of the three), however, the more levels you complete the higher your score could be. Once you have completed all three (3) levels, you will have the opportunity to play all of the three (3) levels again, and on the applicable day, your highest final score from the three (3) consecutive levels (or two (2) if you decided to only play two (2)) will be utilized. In the event of a tie, the shortest amount of elapsed time to complete the two (2) or three (3) levels will be used as the tie-breaking device. In the event there is still a tie, the number of “clicks” it took for the pet parent to locate all of the matches will be used as a secondary tie-breaking device. In the event there is still a tie after the two (2) previously detailed tie-breaking devices are utilized, the first pet-parent to receive the tied score (in terms of time of the day for Match-Game play) will be deemed to be ahead of the other tied pet parent. The odds of winning a Daily Prize are dependant on the total number of Match-Game plays received, the timing of such Match-Game plays, and your score of such Match-Game play.

Potential winners of a Daily Prize may, on or about the following applicable business day, be provided directions for validation and verification before any prize is awarded, or alternatively Sponsor may unilaterally verify such potential winner as an official winner and will then ship the applicable prize to the address provided upon registration within 4-6 weeks. 6) WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION/ACCEPTANCE: No Grand Prize, First Prize, or Second Prize winner is an official winner or unless all necessary paperwork has been returned (if applicable), as determined by Sponsor, and until Sponsor confirms such. On or about two (2) business days after the Random Drawing, the potential Grand Prize winner will be notified via phone and/or email and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where legal) within seven (7) days of notification attempt or the Grand Prize may be forfeited, at Sponsor’s discretion, and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner will be selected. Any winner of a prize/offer valued at over six hundred dollars ($600) will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for tax purposes. On or about two (2) business days after the Random Drawing, the potential First Prize and Second Prize winners may be notified via phone and/or email and may be required to verify their address and/or confirm acceptance of prize before delivery, therefore, any incorrect contact information (email or phone) which prevents Sponsor from being able to reach a potential winner may cause such prize to be forfeited and Sponsor will then attempt to contact an alternate potential winner, or Sponsor may simply place such prize in the mail to the address provided, via the carrier of their discretion, and announce such winner at that time.
