Prizes/Value/Odds: There are a total of three distinct and separate Entry Periods. In each Entry Period there are a total of five (5) Prizes available to be awarded. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prizes offered in each Entry Period: $3,589.40.
The number of prizes awarded will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received. Prizes will be awarded in the following levels based on the total number of eligible Entries received throughout the Entry Period.
Level One Prize: The Level One Prize will be unlocked and awarded when 100 Eligible Entries are received throughout the Entry Period. There is one (1) prize available to be awarded and the prize consists of one (1) North Face Men’s Borealis Backpack, with an ARV of $104.99. Total ARV of the Level One Prize: $104.99.
Level Two Prize: The Level Two Prize will be unlocked and awarded when 200 Eligible Entries are received throughout the Entry Period. There is one (1) prizes available to be awarded and the prize consists of one (1) OMNIFLEX Fitness FSHB, with an ARV of $169.99. Total ARV of the Level Two Prize: $169.99.
Level Three Prize: The Level Three Prize will be unlocked and awarded when 300 Eligible Entries are received throughout the Entry Period. There is one (1) prize available to be awarded and the prize consists of one (1) Coleman RoadTrip propane grill, with an ARV of $135.42. Total ARV of the Level Three Prize: $135.42.
Level Four Prize: The Level Four Prize will be unlocked and awarded when 400 Eligible Entries are received throughout the Entry Period. There is one (1) prize available to be awarded and the prize consists of one (1) set of Beats Solo 2 Wired On-Ear Headphones, with an ARV of $179.00. Total ARV of the Level Four Prize: $179.00.
Entry Period Grand Prize: Each Entry Period Grand Prize consists of fulfilling the Grand Prize Winner’s dream experience as determined from the content of his or her entry and capturing the experience via a video shoot which will take place at a location to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion (each, a “Grand Prize Travel Package”). The ARV of each Grand Prize Travel Package is $3,000.
Round trip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest to a location to be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion from major airport nearest the winner’s home in the U.S.
Round trip airport transfers in said location.
Two (2) nights, three (3) days hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) in said location.
One (1) “dream” experience for the Grand Prize winner to be determined by Grand Prize winner’s entry theme, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The Grand Prize winner will be hosted by an expert in Grand Prize winner’s entry theme throughout the day.
Items that are not included as part of the Grand Prize Travel Package are:
Meals (unless otherwise described above)
Hotel room service
Laundry service
Alcoholic beverages
Merchandise, souvenirs, etc.
Local and long distance telephone calls
Tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes
Ground transportation between the winner’s residence and the departure airport
All other charges not otherwise described above
Grand Prize Vacation Package conditions of use include, but are not limited to:
Travel Package must be taken on dates as specified by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Travel Package is for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (aged 18+ at time of Grand Prize fulfillment) of the winner’s choosing.
Travel Package and its components may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled to dates not within the fulfillment period set forth above, or refunded. Vacation is not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.
Airline regulations apply.
If applicable, the Grand Prize winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check-in to cover any incidental expenses incurred during the Grand Prize winner’s stay.
If a prize-related event or travel is unable to take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption, postponement or unavailability, including for weather, or for any reason beyond the control of the Promotion entities, their sole responsibility to the Grand Prize winner will be to award the remaining available elements of the Grand Prize and no substitution or compensation will be provided for the un-awarded elements of the Grand Prize. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight.
The Sponsor and/or venue, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove the Grand Prize winner and/or guest if either engages in disruptive behavior or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any of the prize-related events.
Total ARV for each Grand Prize Travel Package: $3,000.
