Prize: (1 winner) 2-day/1-night trip for winner and one guest to Game 4 of the 2008 MLB World Series championship consisting of round-trip coach air transportation from major gateway airport nearest to winner’s residence standard double-occupancy (one room) hotel accommodations, two tickets to Game 4 of the 2008 MLB World Series championship, ground transportation to/from the airport and the applicable hotel and two (2) DHL gift bags (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”=$2,750). Actual value of prize will vary depending on winner’s city of departure & 2008 MLB World Series championship host city. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if winner resides within one hundred (100) miles of the host city of Game 4 of the 2008 MLB World Series championship & no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner selected from among all remaining eligible entries. If the designated 2008 MLB® World Series® championship game or any other prize-related activity is canceled or postponed for any reason, travel prize will be awarded less applicable prize-related activity(s) & Sponsor will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Sponsor. Travel & hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent and on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Winner and his/her guest must be able to obtain valid passports (that do not expire within six (6) months of time of travel) and all other required documentation prior to time of departure and are responsible for obtaining all such travel documents. Minor guest (if any) must be the child or legal ward of winner, & winner & guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Federal, state, provincial, & local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) & all other costs & expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are winner’s sole responsibility, including additional ground transportation, luggage fees and meals. Major League Baseball game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and may be subject to change. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all Major League Baseball and MLB Club stadium rules and regulations relating to the use of Major League Baseball game, exhibition and/or event tickets and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. Failure to comply with these rules regulations may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize (or portion thereof). Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the game or event. The Released Parties will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition.
