Grand Prize: (1 winner) 7 day Alaskan cruise for four from Anchorage, Alaska to Vancouver, British Columbia which includes: coach-class air transportation for four from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to Anchorage, Alaska, coach-class air transportation for four from Vancouver, British Columbia to a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion), standard accommodations on-board cruise [one balcony cabin room; quadruple occupancy] all on-board meals and entertainment during cruise, and $1,500 cash for spending OR (b) a 7-day guided Costa Rican adventure for four which includes: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to/from San Jose, Costa Rica, standard hotel accommodations [one standard room; quadruple occupancy], domestic travel in Costa Rica, all Sponsor scheduled activities and entrance fees, personal guide and driver, Sponsor scheduled meals, $1,500 cash for spending. Grand Prize Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Travel companions (or travel companions’ parent or legal guardian if companion is a minor) must complete and return a liability release at least thirty (30) days prior to departure. Minor travel companions must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice and trip must be completed by September 30, 2010 or it will be forfeited. Grand Prize Winner may extend their stay at their own expense. Travel must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Travel dates subject to availability. Certain blackout dates and travel restrictions may apply. Taxes, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades, ground transportation, spas classes, offshore excursions, or any other expenses not specifically listed herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Total ARV of all prizes $15,100. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion, if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
