Prize: (2 winners) Round-trip airfare on a carrier selected by Sponsor from the closest major airport in winner’s home state to Nashville, TN, and return airfare from the closest major airport in Nashville, TN to the closest major airport in winner’s home state; 2-nights’ double-occupancy accommodation in Nashville, TN at a hotel selected by Sponsor; lunch with Jake Owen at a LongHorn Steakhouse located within 50 miles of Nashville, TN; and a pair of tickets to “The 45th Annual CMA Awards.” (ARV $2,500). The potential Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email and will be required, as permitted by law, to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release which must be returned within time period specified in the notification letter or, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a potential winner may be disqualified and if so, an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected. Return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in forfeiture of the prize, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
