upload one (1) photo that displays what the holidays mean to you, and a short essay (three hundred (300) words or fewer) describing what the holidays mean to you and why you and your guests should win a trip to the 87th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade®, collectively referred to as your submission (“Submission”).

Limit: Each entrant may upload one (1) Submission during the Submission Phase

Judging Phase: During the Judging Phase, a panel of qualified judges determined
by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the five (5) entrants with the highest-scoring
Submissions (the “Finalists”) from among all eligible Submissions based on the
following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):Creativity/Originality (33%);
Quality of Submission (33%); and
Fit to Contest Theme (i.e. what the holidays mean to you and why you and your
guests should win a trip to the 87th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade®)
(34%)

Limit: Each person may vote one (1) time per day during the Voting Phase.

Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner and three (3) guests to the 87th Annual
Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade®. Trip package includes: round trip, coach-class air
transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in
its sole discretion) to New York, NY; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, quadruple occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; four (4) grand stand tickets for the 87th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade® on November 28, 2013; a $300 shopping spree at the Lindt Chocolate Shop on Fifth Avenue (includes shipping of items to winner’s home); and $500 spending money. Winner must travel from November 27, 2013 – November 29, 2013
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,450.00.
