Grand Prize (2): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to New York, New York. The trip includes round trip airfare coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s residence to New York, New York), three (3) consecutive nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations, airport/hotel transfers in New York and tickets to a special dinner and film event on November 19, 2011. Travel Dates: November 17, 2011 to November 20, 2011. Travel and accommodations are at the Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability and change. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including passport or driver’s license) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not liable for expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellations/delay or change. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Ground transportation, meals, passport fee, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. If winner cannot accept the prize as specified, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,500.00. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure.

 First Prize (500): Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) of three (3) special dinner and film events to be held on November 17, 18, or 19, 2011 in New York City, New York. Event date is at the Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability and change. Winner is responsible for all prize-related travel arrangements. Transportation, meals (other than stated above), gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. “ARV”: $150.00.

 For all prizes: If winner cannot accept prize as specified by Sponsor, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Total ARV of all prizes is $80,000.00.
