Heineken Dry January Cheers Sweepstakes

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: (a) on Instagram or (b) on Twitter. All entries and Submissions must comply with the Requirements below.
(a) Instagram: To enter via Instagram, access the Instagram application on your compatible mobile device (“Mobile Device”), and confirm you are following or follow @Heineken_US (in order to verify you are 21 years of age or older). Then, during the Registration Period, post a ‘Dry January Cheers’ to a friend including any optional comment(s) and/or encouragement regarding participation in Dry January, and/or any optional photograph. Your post must tag @Heineken_US and your friend you a sending a ‘Dry January Cheers’ to, and must use the hashtags #CheersforJanuary #Sweepstakes. (Refer to Section 4 for content guidelines.) Submissions will appear on Instagram under the hashtag #CheersforJanuary #Sweepstakes. NOTE: To enter the Sweepstakes through this method, you must be an active holder of a non-private Instagram account (holders of private accounts may not enter using this method). If you do not have the Instagram application, you may download it through the application store on your mobile device. The Instagram application is free, and Instagram’s Terms of Use apply. (b) Twitter: To enter via Twitter, access the Twitter application on your compatible mobile device, tablet or desktop, and confirm you are following or follow @Heineken_US (in order to verify you are 21 years of age or older). Then, during the Registration Period, Tweet a ‘Dry January Cheers’ to a friend including any optional comment(s) and/or encouragement regarding participation in Dry January and/or any optional photograph. Your Tweet must tag @Heineken_US and your friend you a sending a ‘Dry January Cheers’ to, and must use the hashtags #CheersforJanuary #Sweepstakes. (Refer to Section 4 for content guidelines.) Submissions will appear on Twitter under the hashtags #CheersforJanuary #Sweepstakes. You must be an active holder of a nonprivate Twitter account to be eligible to enter this Sweepstakes via Twitter (i.e., you must make sure your tweets are set to “public” and not “private”). If you do not have the Twitter application, you may download it through the application store on your mobile device. The Twitter application is free, and Twitter’s Terms of Use apply. There is a limit one (1) entry per person per day
First Prize Award (16): A maximum of sixteen (16) first prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each first prize consists of: one (1) $250 Cameo.com gift card, subject to the terms and conditions of the Cameo.com gift card policy. Use of gift card is subject to celebrity availability on Cameo.com at time of redemption and use. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a gift card of equal from an alternate gift card provider, based upon availability, in its sole discretion. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each first prize: $250. Total ARV of all available first prizes: $4,000.
Grand Prize Award (1): One (1) grand prize will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. The grand prize consists of: one (1) $1,000 Cameo.com gift card, subject to the terms and conditions of the Cameo.com gift card policy. Use of gift card is subject to celebrity availability on Cameo.com at time of redemption and use. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a gift card of equal from an alternate gift card provider, based upon availability, in its sole discretion. ARV of grand prizes: $1,000.
