The prize is the boat of Gander Mountain’s pro angler, Dean Rojas, as used by him in competition during 2013, which prize consists of and is limited to (a) one (1) 2013 Skeeter FX 20 bass boat with one (1) 250HP Yamaha SHO motor (boat, as selected and equipped by Sponsor in its sole discretion, including motor, marine electronics and any other accessories), and (b) a check for $3,000, which amount may be used by winner to defray taxes on the prize or shipping of the prize to winner if winner elects not to pick up the boat at Sponsor’s location as described below.
