Open to current military members and veteran U.S. Military personnel of Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard & National Guard

Grand Prize: (1 winner) A private Toby Keith performance. If the Grand Prize winner is a Current Military Member of the Air Force, Army, Marine or Navy, then the concert will be held at their home base (or a home base of their choosing if they served at multiple bases). If the Grand Prize winner is a Veteran, Coast Guard on National Guard military member, the concert will be held at a Sponsor-selected Ford: Operation Drive one Tour location
First Prize: (2 winners – 1 active duty/1 veteran) 2011 Ford Mustang (ARV $37,500)
Finalist Prize: (12 winners – 6 active duty/6 veterans) Trip for two to attend the 2010 Ford 400 NASCAR race from 11/19/10 through 11/22/10 in Miami, FL. Trip consists of roundtrip coach air travel from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Miami, FL; three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy); local ground transportation; two tickets to the Ford 400 NASCAR race; various Sponsor-selected events and activities; a chance to participate in the First Prize Event for the opportunity to win a First Prize; and a $200 Gift Card (ARV $4,000)

Prize Trips – Prize Winners and guests must travel on same itinerary and on the dates and times specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded, where practical, to an alternate. Winners and guests will be required to sign a liability release and, where permitted by law, a publicity release (“Release”) prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel guest must be at least 18 years of age, unless he/she is the child of Finalist, in which case the Release must be ratified and signed by minor’s parent or legal guardian. If winner lives in the vicinity of the prize destination (in Sponsor’s sole opinion), the winner will receive ground transfers in lieu of air travel and no additional compensation will be awarded. All expenses and costs related to acceptance and use of prize not expressly listed above, including but not limited to additional meals, beverages, taxes and gratuities, are entirely the winner’s responsibility. Gift Cards are subject to terms and conditions of issuer. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Sponsor is not responsible if the 2010 Ford 400 NASCAR race is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize Vehicles – ARV of prize vehicle is based on the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of a 2011 base model Ford Mustang. Winner is responsible for vehicle registration, license, tax, title and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option not provided with Grand Prize vehicle and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein. Winner must take delivery of vehicle within 30 days of notice of availability from Sponsor-selected dealer near winner’s residence or prize may be forfeited. Winner must a have valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery. Vehicle awarded may differ from any vehicle shown in promotional materials.

Grand Prize- The Toby Keith private performance portion of the Grand Prize will take place at a Sponsor-selected location and time and must be completed by 12/31/11 or that portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited. If the Grand Prize winner is Current Military Member of the Army, Navy, Air Force or Marines, the winner’s selected base must have a population of 5,000 or more. Maximum concert attendance is 2,500. If a Veteran of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines or Veteran / Current Military Member with the National Guard or Coast Guard should win the Grand Prize, the concert will take place at a Sponsor-selected Ford: Operation Drive one Tour stop location nearest winner’s home. Any additional expenses and costs related to the Toby Keith concert, including but not limited to additional meals, beverages, taxes and gratuities, are entirely the winner’s responsibility. All details of the performance are at Sponsor’s discretion, and dates and/or location may change. In the event that Toby Keith is unavailable to perform, due to scheduling, other conflicts, illness or any other reason beyond his or Sponsor control, or the winner is unwilling or unable to attend a Toby Keith performance on a Sponsor-selected date, that portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded and the remaining portion of the Grand Prize will constitute the full prize.
