each participant must be: (i) between 18 and 24 years old at the beginning of the Sweepstakes Period (or above the age of majority in their state of residence); (ii) a United
 States citizen living in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or Washington, D.C.; (iii)
 currently enrolled in a full or part-time undergraduate or graduate educational program at a fully accredited college or university in the contiguous United States.
PRIZES. There is a total of one (1) Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner will receive
 twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) (“Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $20,000. Payment of the Grand Prize shall be made without deduction or withholding for any taxes whatsoever.
 There will be twenty-eight (28) prizes awarded to the four (4) weekly Prize winners, selected on each Monday and Friday for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period (“Weekly Draw Prizes”).
 The Weekly Draw Prizes will each consist of one (1) FILA product selected by FILA (e.g.,
 apparel, footwear, sports gear, etc.). Approximate Retail Value of each Weekly Draw Prizes is one hundred dollars ($100.00).
