Grand Prize: (1 winner) all-inclusive grand prize package including: 7-night trip to Occidental Grand Xcaret, Riveria Maya, Mexico for grand prize winner, one adult companion and up to two children companions (ages 12 and under) . Trip includes 7-night one standard room double occupancy accommodations, transfers to/from airport/resort, non-motorized water sports, all food/drinks, the assistance of an in-resort Apple Representative and round-trip charter air to Cancun from one of these select gateway cities: Baltimore, Buffalo, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dallas-Fort Worth, Denver, Detroit, Hartford, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Newark, New York, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Rockford and St Louis. Grand prize winner will be responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the select gateway airports. Some restrictions apply, departures from some airports listed above may be seasonal. Trip is valid for travel through August 15, 2011. Taxes and additional expenses (such as optional excursions, spa treatments, phone calls, souvenirs) are the sole responsibility of the grand prize winner. All departure taxes, fees and fuel surcharges must be paid by grand prize winner prior to departure. Trip dates are subject to availability. Blackout dates do apply including but not limited to five days prior to and after holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, School Spring Break Weeks, and other US National holidays. Trip is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Apple Vacations reserves the right to substitute the vacation with another of equal value, equal Apple rating or within the same hotel chain should any unforeseen circumstance occur. Hotel to be determined by Apple Vacations. Trip is valid for two adults and two children (ages 12 and under) ONLY per room and does not include any special promotions. NO room upgrades. Grand prize winner must be at least 21 years old. Grand prize winner must make all trip arrangements through Apple Vacations and/or Sponsor. If grand prize winner contacts hotel or airline directly, trip will be forfeited. All passengers must possess valid U.S. passport and be at least 21 years old or travelling with a legal guardian. Reservations must be made through Apple Vacations at least 14 days prior to requested departure dates and no more than 45 days prior to requested departure date via mail or fax. All requests sent more than 45 days in advance will not be processed. Upon receipt of completed, signed, and verified winner paperwork, Sponsor will provide winner with Apple Vacations contact information for winner’s use in making travel arrangements. The total ARV for grand prize package is $5,000.

Restrictions and blackout periods may apply to some prize components. Travel companions must travel on the same itinerary as grand prize winner. Travel must be completed by August 15, 2011. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Sponsor will determine all elements of prize in its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
