 Prize: The Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive a trip for the Winner and three (3) guests of Winner (“Guests”), to San Diego, CA (”Destination”), currently scheduled to take place at some point between June 17, 2013 – December 16, 2013, but subject to change. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guests which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence to Destination, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $4,000; (ii) round trip ground transportation for Winner and Guests, to be taken together, between airport and hotel in Destination and between hotel and golf course, with an ARV of $240; (iii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guests, which will be two (2) standard rooms based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with an ARV of $756; (iv) one (1) game of eighteen hole golf in Destination for Winner and Guests, with an ARV of $860; (v) one (1) set of custom golf clubs for Winner and each of the three (3) Guests, including a full custom fitting session for Winner and each of the three (3) Guests, with an ARV of $7,592; (vi) $180 spending cash for Winner and Guests, with a total ARV of $720; and an additional award of (vii) $3,500 cash for Winner only, collectively (the “Prize” or “Prizes”). The total ARV of the Prize is $17,668.
