Brawny Great American Worker Contest

Contestant must follow the instructions to upload and submit a photograph of the Contestant only, no other human beings, along with a series of three (3) essays (each essay must be 1,000 characters or less) on the topics of: (1) Contestant’s community involvement; (2) Contestant’s impact on the job in the areas of productivity and safety; and (3) an overall statement as to why the Contestant thinks he/she is the 2013 Great American Worker (the “Submission”).

 Each Contestant is limited to a maximum of one (1) Submission into the Contest.

 JUDGING AND SELECTION OF 10 FINALISTS: The Judges will judge each Submission under one of the following categories: (1) Completeness and overall thought on why the Contestant should be the 2013 Great American Worker (35 points possible), (2) Impactful involvement in on the job productivity and safety (30 points possible), (3) Impactful community involvement (25 points possible), and (4) grammar (10 points possible).

 COMMUNITY VOTING PHASE AND SELECTION OF THE GRAND PRIZE, FIRST PRIZE AND SECOND PRIZE WINNERS: During the Community Voting Phase, anyone who would have been an eligible Contestant pursuant to Section 4, must logon to the Website, submit his/her e-mail address, and register to vote by completing and submitting the Registration Form. The Community Vote will account for 40% of the Finalist’s final score, and the Judge’s score will account for 60% of the Finalist’s final score.

 Each Community Voter is limited to one (1) vote per day during the Community Voting Phase.

 HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, any eligible Community Voter who submits a vote (as described in Section 12) for one (1) of the Finalists will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes

 A Community Voter is limited to a maximum of one (1) entry per day into the Sweepstakes Drawing with a maximum of fifty seven (57) total entries during the Sweepstakes Period.

CONTEST GRAND PRIZE (1): One (1) Contest Grand Prize Winner will receive a Ford® F-150 STX SuperCab 4X4 V6 Truck. ARV: $32,145.00

 SWEEPSTAKES FIRST PRIZE (1): One (1) DEWALT® 20-Volt Max (1.5 Ah) Lithium-Ion Drill/Driver/Impact Driver Tool Combo Kit. ARV: $ 279.00

 SWEEPSTAKES SECOND PRIZE (25): Twenty five (25) prize packages consisting of the following:
