you will be required to provide an essay stating why your Nominee should be recognized as the Great American Worker (for example, best embodies the qualities such as effectiveness, attitude, initiative, leadership and innovation ) (“Essay”) in the Nominator’s choice of one of three categories (“Categories”): 1) Work Safety, 2) Work Productivity and 3) Community Involvement. two hundred (200) words in length, typewritten and in English that explains why the Nominee deserves recognition as the Brawny Great American Worker

Nominators and Nominees must be legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of Nomination and Nominee must be a full-time employee of a manufacturing or industrial company.

Grand Prize Awards
One (1) Grand Prize Nominee Award will be given to the Nominee of the selected Nomination and one (1) Grand Prize Nominator Award will be given to the Nominator of the selected Nomination (each individually “Award Recipient” and collectively “Award Recipients”). Grand Prize Nominee Award: Ford F150 Ex Cab/Supercab (the “Vehicle”). ARV: $32,000. Truck keys and/or title will be presented to the winner within 60 days of the winner’s certification on a mutually agreed-upon date and time at a location and city selected by the Sponsor. Winner may bring a guest if he/she chooses. If guest is a minor, winner must be his/her parent or legal guardian. Winner’s travel expenses, and those of his/her guest, including airfare, hotel accommodations, ground transportation and meals will be paid by the Sponsor. Any expenses not specified above are the sole responsibility of the winner. Vehicle will be delivered with standard equipment, as described above; any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the Winner. Color, package, factory options, and other prize specifics to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. Grand Prize Winner (or such Winner’s parent or legal guardian, if applicable) must present a valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance to take delivery of vehicle; failure to show same may result in prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner. One (1) Grand Prize Nominator Award: $1,000.00 in the form of a check.
