One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize drawing will be held December 16, 2011. Grand Prize winner will receive a three (3) day/two (2) night trip to the AXA Gorilla retirement destination determined by entry votes, consisting of round-trip coach air transportation for two from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest to the winner’s residence in the U.S., standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room).

 The maximum aggregate cost included in the prize for airfare and hotel accommodations referenced above is $4,000.00, including all taxes and fees. Winner is responsible for costs of airfare and hotel expenses over $4,000.00 and all ground transportation. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,000.00. Travel and hotel arrangements determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Trip must be taken on dates and times designated by Sponsor or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner.

Four (4) First Prizes: First Prize drawings will be held each Monday during the Sweepstakes Period among all valid entries received from 12:00 a.m. ET the previous Monday to 11:59 p.m. ET Sunday to win one (1) Kindle Fire (Full Color 7″ Multi-touch Display, Wi-Fi). ARV of each First Prize is US$199. The ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is US $796.
