PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (“Grand Prize” or “Prize”): A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for Grand Prize winner (“Grand Winner”) and three (3) guests (collectively, “Group”) to the Los Angeles, CA area (“City”), on Sponsor-selected dates (“Trip”) to attend the Radio Disney Music Awards (“Event”) consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights; [2] up to four (4) tickets to the Event to be held on or about April 30, 2016; [3] the opportunity to go backstage to the VIP Lounge, powered by Cheddar Goldfish crackers where you could see various performers and stars (subject to availability); [4] hotel/Event transfers; [5] if Grand Winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Grand Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; Grand Winner must take trip on Sponsor-selected dates estimated to be April 29, 2016 and May 1, 2016, or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, Approximate retail value (“ARV”) for Grand Prize: $6,104.76

TWENTY-FIVE (25) FIRST PRIZES (“First Prize” or “Prize”): First Prize Winners (“First Prize Winner”) will receive a Goldfish prize pack which includes: [a] one (1) case of Cheddar Goldfish crackers (includes 24 packs of Cheddar Goldfish crackers); [b] branded ear buds. ARV of First Prize: $104.76. Total ARV of all Prizes: $8,723.76.
