If you are submitting your Entry on Instagram, include a photo that helps illustrate how your nominee gave you a boost when you needed it.
PRIZES: Sweepstakes Prizes: Twelve (12) Nominator Prize Winners (one (1) per Weekly Entry Period): $1,000 cash each. Value (“V”): $1,000 each.
