PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND REDEMPTION CONDITIONS: One (1) Prize: a Bermuda getaway for two persons awarded in the form of cash and stored-value instruments redeemable as described below. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize: $3,000.
 Redemption details are as follows:

 -Air travel stored-value instrument valued at $1,250. Issuer of stored-value instrument will depend upon home location of winner and airline carrier that flies to Bermuda from the nearest metropolitan airport to winner. Travel is subject to availability. Winner is solely responsible for booking travel for his/herself and his/her travel companion. Winner is encouraged to book at least three weeks in advance and avoid traveling on holidays or other peak travel times.

 -Accommodations stored-value instruments valued at $1,250. Issuer of stored-value instrument is Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, which operates the Bermuda Tucker’s Point Resort in Bermuda. Accommodations are subject to availability and making reservations are winner’s responsibility exclusively.

 -Food and activities provided in the form of a check for $500 cash.
