The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4999.99.

(b) First Prize: One (1) First Prize is available. The First Prize consists of one (1) forty (40) inch Sony BRAVIA V Series LCD HD Television. The ARV of the First Prize is $1,499.99.
