Instant Win Prizes: The Promotion Period consists of sixteen (16) weeks of Instant Win Prizes. Each week runs from Sunday to Friday, except that the first week of the Promotion Period runs from Monday, June 15th to Sat., June 20th, and the last week of the Promotion Period runs from Sunday, Sept. 27th to Wed., Sept. 30th. The Instant Win Prizes that will be awarded during the Promotion Period consist of the following:

* Fifteen (15) pairs of tickets to one (1) San Francisco Giants home game of Sponsor’s choosing. Approximate retail value of each ticket pair is eighty-six dollars ($86);
* Fifteen (15) pairs of tickets to one (1) Minnesota Twins home game of Sponsor’s choosing. Approximate retail value of each ticket pair is seventy dollars ($70);
* Fifteen (15) pairs of tickets to one (1) Philadelphia Phillies home game of Sponsor’s choosing. Approximate retail value of each ticket pair is ninety dollars ($90);
* Fifteen (15) pairs of tickets to one (1) Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim home game of Sponsor’s choosing. Approximate retail value of each ticket pair is fifty-six dollars ($56);
* Two hundred and fourteen (214) twenty-five dollar ($25) MLB.com Shop gift certificates valued at twenty-five dollars ($25) each; and
* Three hundred and twenty-one (321) AutoTrader.com branded MasterCard gift cards valued at twenty dollars ($20) each.

Limit one (1) Instant Win Prize per email address and per household, per day, during the Promotion Period. The total retail value of the Instant Win Prizes offered in the Promotion is $16,300.00.

Grand Prize Winner will receive (i) $25,000 that can be applied toward the purchase of a vehicle listed for sale on AutoTrader.com; and (ii) season tickets (consisting of two (2) tickets per game) for the 2010 MLB regular season for one of the following teams (as selected by the winner): Minnesota Twins, San Francisco Giants, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, or Philadelphia Phillies.
