A. Grand Prizes (2): Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) – the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) “Guest” – to New York City, New York to attend The Heart Truth’s Red Dress® Collection Fashion Show 2012 sponsored by Diet Coke® on February 8, 2012 (the “Grand Prize”). Each Grand Prize will include round-trip coach class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) Guest on Delta® Airlines (awarded as 2 Y Class certificates), one (1) night hotel accommodation (standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel of Sponsor’s selection, two (2) tickets to The Heart Truth’s Red Dress® Collection Fashion Show 2012 sponsored by Diet Coke® and one (1) $500 American Express® Prepaid Card.
No more than two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Winners must be able to travel on February 7, 2012 and February 8, 2012.
If actual retail value of a Grand Prize is less than the stated Approximate Retail Value, the Grand Prize Winner will not receive difference between actual retail value and Approximate Retail Value. All expenses not specified above, such as meals, beverages, mini-bar, entertainment, telephones, souvenirs, gratuities, ground transportation, insurance, personal or spa services, etc., are solely each Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility. All Trip arrangements, accommodations and reservations will be as designated by Sponsor and must be made in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions. If the Grand Prize Winner elects to travel or partake in Grand Prize with Guest, no additional compensation will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. Winner and travel companions must possess required travel documents and must travel together on same itinerary. Sponsor has no responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced or mutilated airline vouchers and/or travel documents, baggage, flight delays, or any other occurrences beyond its control. Each Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion must: be at least 18 years of age unless (a) Grand Prize Winner is the Guest’s parent/legal guardian or (b) the Guest who is a minor in his/her state of residence is also accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. Travel restrictions may apply. A Grand Prize is not transferrable or substitutable except as permitted by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
If The Heart Truth’s Red Dress® Collection Fashion Show 2012 sponsored by Diet Coke® event is postponed or cancelled for any reason, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, still provide Grand Prize Winner with the Grand Prize Trip to New York City, New York on February 7, 2012 – February 8, 2012 without the tickets to The Heart Truth’s Red Dress® Collection Fashion Show 2012 sponsored by Diet Coke®. Attendance at The Heart Truth’s Red Dress® Collection Fashion Show 2012 sponsored by Diet Coke® has no retail value.
Two (2) round trip Delta Airlines tickets valid for travel within the 48 contiguous US and, terms and conditions apply. Ticket prizes will be awarded in the form of Certificates that must be redeemed by 02/06/12. Travel must be between 02/07/12 and 02/08/12. Certificates may be redeemed for round-trip coach class travel on Delta within the 48 contiguous United States. Any transportation that is unclaimed, is not awarded or is otherwise not used by the travel completion date specified will be forfeited. Certificate seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or in all markets. Certificates are non-transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are void if sold or bartered. The sale or barter of tickets obtained through redemption of Certificates is also prohibited. Any tickets obtained through such sale or barter are void and will not be honored for travel. After ticketing, date, time and routing changes are permitted (subject to the availability booking class) however a $150 fee per ticket applies. For travel within the US, based on availability, passengers holding confirmed reservations and tickets may confirm earlier/later same day flight within 3 hours from scheduled departure time between same origin/destination for a non-refundable fee of $50 per ticket. Certificates do not include a $3.70 Federal Excise Tax, Passenger Facility Charge(s) of up to $4.50, and the September 11th Security Fee of up to $2.50 per ticket which will be imposed on each flight segment in the passenger’s ticketed itinerary. A flight segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing. For travel within the United States, $25 fee for 1 checked bag and $35 fee for second checked bag per ticket. Allowances subject to size/weight limits. These taxes and fees are subject to change, are the responsibility of the passenger and (except for bag fees) must be paid at the time each ticket is booked. Any taxes, fees, or changes paid at the time of ticket issuance will be refunded if ticket is not used. However, once redeemed, Certificates are void and will have no further value. Certificate travel will not qualify for SkyMiles mileage. Stopovers/Upgrades/Waitlisting/Open Returns are not permitted for tickets booked with Certificates. Lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed Certificates will not be replaced. Schedules are subject to change without notice. Additional restrictions may apply. It is the responsibility of the passenger to be in possession of all necessary documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa where applicable) at the time and place of departure. Delta reserves the right to deny boarding to any passengers without proper documentation.
Each Delta® Airlines Certificate and American Express® Prepaid Card is subject to the terms and conditions printed thereon. The use of a Delta® Airlines Certificate and/or American Express® Prepaid Card constitutes the user’s acceptance of the terms and conditions so the Grand Prize Winners should read the terms and conditions on the Certificate and the Card carefully. Each Grand Prize Winner must treat the Delta® Airlines Certificates and/or American Express® Prepaid Card as he/she would any other valuable document. Each Certificate and/or Card will not be replaced or replenished if it is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without permission and will be voided if altered or defaced.
B. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
C. ARV: The ARV of each Grand Prize is USD $3,600. The total ARV of all Grand Prizes in this Sweepstakes is USD$7,200.00.
