3. PRIZES:
 One (1) Grand Prize: $3,500.00 statement credit to the winner’s ShopNBC Credit Card account or ShopNBC Customer Account. Value: $3,500.00.

 Eleven (11) First Prizes: $100.00 statement credit to winner’s ShopNBC Credit Card account or ShopNBC Customer Account. Value: $100.00.

 Winners with a valid ShopNBC Credit Card account will have the statement credit posted to their account on or before January 5, 2012. The credit will be allocated to any outstanding balances on winner’s account in accordance with the Terms and Conditions that govern said account. Winners that do not have a ShopNBC Credit Card, but do have a ShopNBC customer account will receive the credit on their ShopNBC customer account. Winners without a ShopNBC customer account will have a ShopNBC customer account set up in their name with the appropriate credit allocated. A credit card may be required to set up a new ShopNBC customer account. Once a prize award is applied to a ShopNBC customer account it may be used on future purchases up to a period of ninety (90) days from the date the credit is posted to their account. If not used within this time period the prize will be forfeited.
