Prize: (1 winner) Two consecutive nights, double occupancy, at any aloft hotel (room and tax only) in either an aloft king or double queen room based on availability. Also included are two breakfasts, two lunches, and two dinners for winner and guest in the hotel restaurant, excluding alcoholic beverages, up to $100 per day. All meals must be charged to the guest room and at check-out, a credit of up to $100 per day (for a total of up to $200 for the entire stay) will be applied to the guest bill. Winner will also receive an MP3 player loaded with 8 PumpOne exercise routines. Hotel stay must be reserved by June 30, 2009 and completed by December 31, 2009, and is subject to availability at the time of reservation. The prize package does not include taxes, insurance, telephone charges, room service mini-bar and laundry services, personal expenses, gratuities, incidental charges, or any other items not specifically described in these Official Rules, and all expenses for any of the foregoing are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. If the guest of the Prize Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such parent/legal guardian must pay his/her own expenses to the extent that such parent/legal guardian is not the Prize Winner whose travel expenses are paid as part of the Prize. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for any prizes will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors due to prize unavailability for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts or an event of force majeure, and no other additional compensation will be provided.
