PRIZES AND DRAWINGS: On or around 08/15/2023 and subject to confirmation of eligibility, one (1) winner (“Winner”) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone, text-message, or email and hereby consents to receiving such phone call, text-message, or email by entering this Sweepstakes. Winner will be awarded a grand prize trip for two between Friday, September 22 and Sunday, September 24, 2023, to attend the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Festival on Friday, September 22 and Saturday, September 23, 2023 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The grand prize (“Prize”) includes:

• Round-trip domestic, coach air transportation for the winner and one (1) eligible guest from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor and iHeartMedia in its sole discretion) within the 50 U.S./D.C. to Las Vegas, NV departing on Friday, September 22, 2023, and returning on Sunday, September 24, 2023;

All prizes provided by iHeartMedia + Entertainment, Inc. (“iHeart”) and Sponsor. The approximate total retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $10,125.00, of which iHeart will provide $7,500.00 and Sponsor will provide $2,625.00.
