PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS: (1) One Grand Prize – a trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, NV from December 1, 2011 – December 4, 2011 to attend the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion’s Week™. Prize includes round-trip economy class air transportation for two (2) (specific air carrier to be chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion) from a major U.S. airport nearest to winner’s residence to Las Vegas, NV, 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at a Sponsor-specified hotel, 4 day car rental (specific car rental company to be chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion), VIP admission for winner and guest into Victory Lap and NASCAR After The Lap™ (Q&A Session with top 12 drivers), an exclusive meet and greet with a Sponsor-specified NASCAR® personality (subject to availability), participation in the Awards Presentation at Myers Brothers Industry Luncheon and a VIP experience of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Champion’s Week™ Banquet. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $7,000. (Actual retail value may vary depending on winner’s point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value will not be awarded. There is no monetary value associated with the meet and greet). If Grand Prize winner lives within 150 miles of Las Vegas, NV, a travel stipend of $300 will be awarded in lieu of airfare. If Grand Prize winner elects to travel without a travel companion, no additional compensation will be awarded in lieu thereof. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and possess required travel documents (i.e. valid photo ID) prior to departure. All travel-related expenses not set forth herein, including but not limited to gas for rental car, ground transportation (not stated herein), meals, luggage fees, gratuities and incidental hotel and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner and/or guest must meet rental car age requirements, have a valid driver license/credit card and insurance, or this portion of the prize will be forfeited and no compensation paid. Use of rental car is expressly subject to the terms, conditions and policies of rental agency. All standard NASCAR® terms and conditions apply to event admissions. Sponsor is not responsible if any event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in whole or in part. In that event, winner will receive remainder of prize. No compensation will be paid in lieu of admission to an event that is delayed, postponed or cancelled. (1) One First Prize: a $500 VISA® Gift Card. Gift Card is subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer.
