INSTANT-WIN PRIZES:
Fifty (50) First Prizes: Each First Prize winner will receive two (2) vouchers to any 2013 Chicago Fire regular-season home game, subject to availability. Vouchers are subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. Transportation, accommodations, meals and all other costs and expenses associated with the prize and not specifically described herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for cancelled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled games. ARV of each First Prize: $120.00.

One hundred (100) Second Prizes: Each Second Prize winner will receive a Chicago Fire home jersey. The size and style will be randomly selected by the Sponsor. ARV of each Second Prize ranges between $80.00 and $125.00.

One (1) Grand Prize: 
Grand Prize winner will receive the “Ultimate Fan Prize Package” consisting of a trip for winner and up to five (5) guests to New York to attend the Chicago Fire vs. New York Red Bulls Match on October 27, 2013 (the “Match”). Exact travel dates to be determined at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Trip consists of round-trip, coach-class air transportation for winner and up to five (5) guests (from a major commercial airport near the winner’s U.S. home), hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (up to three [3] rooms), up to six (6) tickets to the Match, and $5,000.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner). Seating assignments at the Match are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Travel, accommodations, and Match are subject to availability and change, and are at Sponsor’s discretion. Trip must be taken on dates as specified by Sponsor. All other costs and expenses associated with the prize and not specifically described herein including meals, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges and any other travel-related expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All travel is subject to government restrictions and regulations, hotel and airline restrictions and regulations. Grand Prize winner and guests must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license) required for travel within the United States.
