Mechanics, Inc., an independent judging organization, will conduct a random drawing at its offices in
Newtown, CT, from among all eligible entries received to award One Grand Prize: $10,000 cash to
be awarded in the form of a check made payable to the winner and a VIP Fan Experience for the
winner and one (1) guest at a home game of the San Diego Wave Fútbol Club on a date to be
