Grand Prize: (1 winner) Two coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to New York, NY one standard hotel room (double occupancy) for 3-nights at the TRYP by Wyndham Hotel; access to Red Carpet for the screening and two tickets to attend the screening of the film titled, “Marvel’s The Avengers” on Saturday, April 28,2012; and 125,000 Wyndham Reward points redeemable for five $100 gift cards from a variety of retailers, (subject to Wyndham Rewards terms and conditions and certain other restrictions including expiration date, terms and conditions can be viewed at www.wyndhamnrewards.com). The airfare, hotel stay and gift card portion of the Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of Wyndham Rewards points. The Grand Prize winner will receive a total of 573,000 Wyndham Rewards points (Airfare for two: each 200,000 Wyndham Rewards points; together 400,000 Wyndham Rewards points. Three nights’ hotel accommodations at TRYP by Wyndham Hotel: each night 16,000 Wyndham Rewards points; together 48,000 Wyndham Rewards points. The Grand prize winner is responsible for booking their travel and hotel nights, and that of their travel companion. Once a potential winner is verified as the Grand Prize winner, he/she will be notified by e-mail or telephone by Wyndham Rewards Member Services (the method of notification being at Sponsor’s/Administrator’s sole discretion). Failure to respond to within 2 business days after transmission to the potential Grand Prize winner or return of the e-mail notification as undeliverable after 2 attempts will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for roundtrip air travel. Unless the travel companion is the child of the winner, the travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure. Travel companion (if under 18, winner on his/her child’s behalf) must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents.
