Essay required: Participants must write a brief essay (max of 100 words) about a small change that has had a big impact on their life. All entries will be judged by O, The Oprah Magazine based on the following criteria: personal transformation (25%); level of dedication (25%); writing style (25%); and originality (25%).
PRIZE
