Prize: (1 winner) Trip for 2 to Sandals Grande Ocho Rios Beach & Village Golf Resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation (from closest major airport near winners home) to Sandals Grande Ocho Rios Beach & Village Golf Resort, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for 7 nights/ 8 days and ground transportation to and from hotel to airport. Travel must be booked no later than October 30, 2009 and completed by December 31, 2009 in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and based on availability. Winner must provide Sponsor with forty-five (45) days prior to requested departure day for booking travel. Winner must accept prize as specified and travel on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited. Travel and accommodations subject to change and availability, and restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must travel on the same flight itinerary and comply with all security requirements. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. driver’s license or passport) required for travel. Selection of airport, airline, hotel and/or ground transportation is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are winners’ responsibility. Minors (under age 18) may accompany winner as travel guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the winner. Guest must sign and return a travel release form before any ticketing or travel occurs. Actual value of prize depends on city, date and time of departure.
