The Winner will receive one (1) prize (the “Prize”) consisting of a Los Angeles Lakers jersey autographed by the Lakers’ first selection in the 2014 NBA Draft (approximate retail value US$100.00 (“ARV”), which reflects the approximate retail value of a Los Angeles Lakers jersey that has not been autographed; provided, however, that the ARV of hand-autographed merchandise is subject to fluctuation based upon the identity and popularity of the specific NBA player signing such merchandise and the current market value at the time of awarding of the Prize).
