To enter online by e-mail without accessing the Xbox Live Service, draft an e-mail with the subject line “Microsoft Xbox Real Madrid Promotion” and include in the body of the e-mail your first name, last name, address, city, state/province/territory, zip/postal code, country, daytime phone number, and e-mail address and send the e-mail to RealMadrid@xboxpromotions.com during the Promotion Period.
a) Two (2) Grand Prizes: A trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Madrid, Spain to attend a Real Madrid game and Football clinic. Each Grand Prize includes: Round-trip, coach-class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Madrid, Spain from an airport determined by the Sponsor; four (4) nights’ hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, in one (1) double-occupancy room, excluding room service, meals, and other incidentals); ground transportation to and from the airport/hotel for the winner and one (1) guest; two (2) tickets for the Grand Prize winner and guest to attend the Real Madrid vs. Sevilla match in December 2017 (seat location and all details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); one (1) exclusive Real Madrid Football clinic experience for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest (timing and details to be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor); and one (1) Real Madrid museum ticket for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $5,210 USD.
b) Three (3) First Prizes: One (1) Xbox One S 500GB console bundle (console bundle model, features, design and all other aspects of the console bundle will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of each First Prize is $279 USD.
c) Three (3) Second Prizes: One (1) custom-designed Xbox Design Lab controller (controller model, design, details, and all other aspects of the controller are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor). The ARV of each Second Prize is $102.95 USD.
d) Nine (9) Third Prizes: One (1) 12-month Xbox Live Gold Membership. The ARV of each Third Prize is $59.99 USD.
e) Three (3) Fourth Prizes: One (1) digital copy of the “FIFA 18 – Ronaldo Edition” game for Xbox One. The ARV of each Fourth Prize is $79.99 USD.
f) Approximate Retail Value of all prizes combined: $12,345.73 USD.
