Grand Prize: (1 winner) 2012 Warriors in Pink Edition Ford Focus Hatchback automobile (ARV $28,000)

 ARV based on 2012 Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of a base model with available manufacturer upgrades. Grand Prize winner is responsible for vehicle registration, license, title, taxes and insurance fees and for all costs associated with any available upgrade/option packages and any other expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein. Grand Prize winner must take delivery of vehicle within thirty 30 days of notice of availability from winner-selected Ford dealer near winner’s residence, subject to Sponsor’s approval. Grand Prize winner shall be required to present adequate personal identification, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and proving that he/she can procure appropriate automobile insurance as required under the laws of Grand Prize winner’s state before personally accepting delivery of the Vehicle at the designated location (“Winner Requirements”). Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for delays in delivery of the Vehicle. Grand Prize winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to his/her Vehicle after it has been delivered to the specified delivery site. Delivery of the Vehicle is predicated upon Grand Prize winner meeting the Winner Requirements. If the Grand Prize winner does not meet the Winner Requirements, the Vehicle shall be automatically forfeited by the Grand Prize winner and the Grand Prize awarded to an alternate winner. Exact model, color, and options of Vehicle and exact Vehicle to be awarded are at the sole discretion of Promotional Partner and subject to availability from manufacturer.
