Prize: The Winner (hereinafter defined) will receive a trip for the Winner and two (2) guests of Winner, each a (“Guest” and collectively “Guests”), to Los Angeles, California (“Destination”) to attend the College Football National Championship (“Event”), on or about January 8 – 10, 2023, but subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and Guests which shall originate from an airport of Sponsor’s choice near Winner’s primary residence in the U.S. to Destination, with a total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $3,000; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in Destination for Winner and Guests, which will be three (3) standard room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips, gratuities, and other incidentals and costs are not included), with a total ARV of $3,000; (iii) three (3) tickets to the Event, with a total ARV of $3,000; and (iv) one (1) $500 digital pre-paid gift card for Winner (subject to the terms and conditions of gift card), with an ARV of $500, collectively (the “Prize” or “Prizes”). The total ARV of the Prize is $9,500.
