Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of (i) two (2) tickets to the premiere of “The Lincoln Lawyer” in Los Angeles, California (the “Premiere”), (ii) round trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize winner and up to one (1) guest between the major airport that is nearest to the Grand Prize winner’s residence and Los Angeles, California (iii) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion (at a hotel to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (one [1] room, double occupancy); (iv) one (1) $500 gift certificate to Gilt for the Grand Prize winner’s use for attire for the Premiere; (v) one (1) massage at Le Spa; and (vi) dinner for two (1) at the Ivy in Los Angeles, California (or a similar restaurant selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $3,275.
First Prize: Up to five (5) First Prizes are available. Each First Prize consists of one (1) $100 Gilt gift certificate.
