One (1) Grand Prize: Prize winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for Winner and up to one (1) Guest to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida. Trip will include:
– round trip coach class air transportation for Winner and up to one (1) Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) to Orlando, FL*;
– three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort or at another on-site hotel (as determined by the Prize Provider in their sole discretion);
– non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL*; – three (3) Park Unlimited Passes for admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Wet ‘n Wild for Winner and up to one (1) Guest;
– attendance at one (1) Blue Man Group performance (exact date and time to be determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion) for Winner and up to one (1) Guest;
– attendance for Winner and up to one (1) Guest at a VIP preview for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Diagon Alley™ (exact date and time to be determined by Prize Provider in their sole discretion); and
– one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) spending cash for Winner (courtesy of E!).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Trip is Three Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-One Dollars and Thirty-Four Cents ($3,851.34). Winner must be able to travel during a specified travel period to coincide with the VIP Preview of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Diagon Alley™ at Universal Studios Florida® in order to partake in the VIP Preview element of the Prize and will be notified in May 2014 of the exact dates of the VIP Preview. If Winner is unable to travel during this time period, Winner may choose to travel at another time (with Sponsor and Universal approval) provided such travel period occurs before June 25, 2015 with the understanding that in doing so Winner will forfeit the VIP Preview element of the Prize. If Winner is unable to complete travel by June 25, 2015, Prize will be forfeited and no further or alternative compensation will be provided.

* For a winner who is a Florida resident, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation by Prize Provider in its sole discretion.
** If Guest is a minor, Winner must be his/her parent or legal guardian. Guest of winner must be fourteen (14) years of age or older by June 18, 2014 to attend VIP Preview.
