 order to enter will be ineligible.

 Eligibility: The Cross Valley Federal Credit Union (herein “Cross Valley FCU”) “Spring Tweets” contest is
 only open to United States residents

 How To Enter: To enter the Contest the person shall: 1) Log on to your personal Twitter account; 2)
 Search for “@crossvalleyfcu;” and 3) begin following Cross Valley FCU at “@crossvalleyfcu.” By agreeing
 to follow Cross Valley FCU you will be automatically entered to win. To qualify, you must be registered
 with Twitter and follow Cross Valley FCU “@crossvalleyfcu” by Sunday, June 30, 2013 at 5:00 PM Eastern
 Time in order to be eligible

 Prize: The winner will receive an Apple iPad 2 Wi-Fi 16 GB. The approximate retail value of this prize is
 $408.99 The winner is responsible for paying any applicable taxes and costs with winning the prize
 including, but not limited to personal income tax, shipping and handling, internet service provider
