Only “Healthcare Professionals” (as defined below) who are legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry are eligible to enter.
PRIZES: Two Thousand (2,000) Burrito Package prizes are available. Each “Burrito Package” prize contains fifty (50) vouchers (which may be awarded as a digital code) redeemable for one (1) free entrée, redeemable at participating Chipotle restaurants in the United States. The vouchers will expire on December 31, 2023. For clarity purposes, “regular entrée item” means a burrito, burrito bowl, quesadilla (only available through digital orders), single order of tacos, or salad, subject to availability. Does not include kids’ meals or three pointers. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Burrito Package is Five Hundred and Seventy-Six Dollars and Fifty Cents ($576.50).

The total ARV of all prizes is ($1,153,000.00).
