To receive an entry you must first upload a Photograph of yourself; and then complete the three steps in the visualizer application. Step 1) Select an aspirational goal, Step 2) Set a date to achieve goal by, Step 3) Click to submit the goal. After the goal is set you must complete and submit the online Registration Form including first name, last name, email address, and check the box that states you are old enough to participate in the sweepstakes, and also check the box that states that you have read and complied with the Official rules to receive one (1) Entry in the Sweepstakes.

 DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 4/22/13 from among all eligible entries received.
